The class teacher will have already introduced this
topic to their pupils at school, and exposed them to a variety of
examples from this genre. It is important that children come with
written work to use in this activity. |

Teaching and support staff will be expected to support
their pupils as they work throughout the CLC using ICT and lead any
additional Literacy elements of this unit. |
| How will CLC
staff support this activity? |
CLC staff will lead the ICT elements throughout the
day for both pupils and support staff. All rooms booked will be made
ready for your class. |
| Resources required |
Your students will need to bring their completed poetry
to provide a stimulus for these activities. |

Schools need to ensure that pupils bring a packed lunch
and drinks (water only) with them if the learning activity runs over
lunch time. |
